At Orangetheory Fitness, we're committed to helping the people of Columbus, Ohio, get the best results possible from their workouts. We've gotten positive reviews from fitness experts like Men's Health magazine thanks to our industry-changing interval system. Our studio in Grandview is conveniently located on West 5th Avenue near Route 315.

Interval training is a fitness theory that uses varied exercises in a one-hour session. During the class, you'll rotate through multiple exercise stations in the gym. The goal is to keep your heart rate in a healthy, calorie-burning zone without going too high or too low. If you use the program effectively, you'll likely lose weight and see a serious increase in energy.

We understand each person has different goals when it comes to fitness. That's why we have a team of dedicated coaches who can help you visualize and reach your workout goals. The biggest benefit of our coaches is their ability to serve both groups and individuals simultaneously. They take every step necessary to help ensure successful workouts. This includes choosing the right high-energy dance music for each session.

We understand that being new at a gym can be uncomfortable for some people. That's why we created an environment that's great for people of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, you'll benefit from interval training.

If you're still on the fence about getting a no-contract monthly membership with us, stop in and take a free trial class at our Grandview gym in Columbus. It's so effective that you may feel results after just one quick session. Contact us at (614) 305-7555 to learn more.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
